DBS Properties buys and flips houses across the St. Louis metro. We handle all marketing and lead generation in-house. We need a driven closer on the front line - someone who shows up to seller appointments, builds trust fast, and leaves with a signed contract. The more deals you close, the faster we grow, and the more opportunity opens up for you.

Responsibilities

• Receive pre-screened, warm seller leads from our inbound team
• Conduct in-person property appointments across the St. Louis metro
• Walk and assess property condition - document findings with photos and notes
• Underwrite deals on-site within 30 minutes using our process (training provided)
• Coordinate with our team in real time to confirm offer price
• Present offers to homeowners, handle objections, and close on the spot
• Secure signed purchase agreements - that is the standard
• Log updates in our CRM after every appointment

Qualifications

• Based in the St. Louis metro area - in-person role, no exceptions
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• 2+ years in sales, closing, or a high-touch client-facing role
• Construction or renovation knowledge is a strong advantage
• Real estate, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable with numbers and quick on your feet
• CRM proficiency or willingness to learn

You can walk into a difficult situation, earn a stranger’s trust, and guide the conversation to a decision. Empathy and urgency are not opposites for you.

Backgrounds that translate well: real estate, wholesaling, construction, in-home or B2B sales, mortgage, insurance. Unconventional backgrounds welcome if you can make the case.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
