About the RoleRayna Tours is looking for a talented Cinematographer cum Editor who can capture cinematic visuals and produce high-quality content showcasing our travel, adventure, and luxury experiences across Dubai and beyond. The ideal candidate should be both creative and technically strong, with hands-on experience in filming, lighting, and editing &mdash; and must own professional camera equipment capable of delivering cinematic output.Key ResponsibilitiesFilming &amp; Production<ul><li>Capture cinematic visuals of Rayna Tours&rsquo; products and experiences, including desert safaris, yacht cruises, city tours, and adventure activities.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and direct visually appealing video content that reflects Rayna&rsquo;s premium brand tone.</li><li>Operate personal camera gear along with gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment to achieve professional-quality visuals.</li><li>Work closely with the social media and influencer teams to execute campaigns and creative storylines.</li><li>Ensure all footage is well-framed, stable, and color-accurate for post-production.</li></ul>Post-Production<ul><li>Edit videos for multiple formats &mdash; Reels, YouTube, ads, and brand films &mdash; with cinematic storytelling and seamless transitions.</li><li>Handle color grading, sound design, and visual pacing to enhance emotional impact.</li><li>Adapt edits for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Organize raw files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.</li></ul>Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Work directly with influencers, talents, and brand partners during shoots.</li><li>Contribute creative direction, shot ideas, and unique visual treatments.</li><li>Keep up with social media trends, cinematic editing styles, and emerging formats.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Cinematographer / Video Editor, preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle content.</li><li>Must own professional camera equipment (minimum mirrorless or cinema-grade setup).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement.</li><li>Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail.</li><li>Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing cinematic travel or lifestyle videos.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with hospitality brands, travel influencers, or tourism campaigns.</li><li>Skilled in drone operation and aerial cinematography.</li><li>Basic photography knowledge for still content.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A creative role capturing some of the UAE&rsquo;s most exciting experiences.</li><li>Opportunity to collaborate with influencers and global brands.</li><li>Access to premium filming locations and experiences.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on skill, creativity, and portfolio strength.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
