Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and strategic partners.
  • Generate leads, conduct meetings, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong existing network and connections within corporate companies and government organizations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and procurement processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
