Role descriptionDeerhomes is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive( Construction &amp; Real Estate) to handle qualified leads generated from our digital marketing campaigns and convert them into villa sales.You will be the key person connecting interested clients with our design &amp; construction projects and upcoming premium villa projects, guiding them from first call to site visit and final booking.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google &amp; WhatsApp campaignsUnderstand client requirements and suggest suitable villa optionsSchedule and manage site visitsExplain project details, pricing, payment plans &amp; documentationMaintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / ExcelAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with marketing &amp; site team for smooth conversionRequirements1&ndash;3 years experience in construction and real estate sales or field sales (preferred)Strong communication skills in Malayalam &amp; EnglishGood phone etiquette &amp; follow-up disciplineAbility to handle objections and close dealsWillingness to visit sites and meet clientsBasic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel / Google SheetsSalary &amp; CommissionFixed Salary: ₹15,000 &ndash; ₹25,000 / month (based on experience)Commission on the projects approved/per villa soldPerformance bonuses &amp; incentivesJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business development: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
