Sales Executive (construction & Real estate)

Role description

Deerhomes is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive( Construction & Real Estate) to handle qualified leads generated from our digital marketing campaigns and convert them into villa sales.

You will be the key person connecting interested clients with our design & construction projects and upcoming premium villa projects, guiding them from first call to site visit and final booking.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google & WhatsApp campaigns

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable villa options

Schedule and manage site visits

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans & documentation

Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / Excel

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with marketing & site team for smooth conversion

Requirements

1–3 years experience in construction and real estate sales or field sales (preferred)

Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English

Good phone etiquette & follow-up discipline

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Willingness to visit sites and meet clients

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets

Salary & Commission

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience)

Commission on the projects approved/per villa sold

Performance bonuses & incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
