Position: HR Operation ManagerShift Time: 12:00 PM TO 09:00 PMKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain all HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes through KEKA HRMS.</li><li>Handle employee database, documents, and HR compliance records.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and reports from KEKA.</li><li>Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles.</li><li>Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave approvals.</li><li>Draft HR policies, letters, and ensure smooth communication with employees.</li><li>Support management in audits, MIS reporting, and data analysis.</li><li>Drive HR automation and process improvements using KEKA features.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.</li><li>Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS portal.</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.</li><li>Excellent communication and people management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;34,000.78 per monthWork Location: In person
