Payroll Management:<ul><li>Process monthly payroll through KEKA HRMS with complete accuracy.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) and generate reports from KEKA.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee master data.</li><li>Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and reimbursements.</li><li>Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, reconciliations, and audit support.</li><li>Manage full &amp; final settlements of employees.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Understand manpower requirements and create job postings.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.</li><li>Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with managers.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to selection).</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.</li><li>Handle pre-joining formalities and smooth onboarding of new hires.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with KEKA HR &amp; Payroll software.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR operations.</li><li>Recruitment skills: sourcing, interviewing, and closing positions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>High accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / Commerce / Finance.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of combined experience in Payroll &amp; Recruitment.</li><li>Experience with KEKA HRMS preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
