Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.</li><li>
Request and compare quotations from vendors and negotiate for the best terms.</li><li>
Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system (e.g., SAP/MM).</li><li>
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and end-users for timely procurement of materials/services.</li><li>
Monitor delivery schedules, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely material receipt.</li><li>
Maintain vendor records, item master data, and pricing in the system.</li><li>
Handle non-conformance issues and coordinate with vendors for replacements or credits.</li><li>
Prepare regular reports (e.g., pending PO list, vendor performance, cost savings).</li><li>
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP MM or Tally ERP)</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets</li></ul></div></div></div></div>
