Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and coordination across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Support in developing weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.</li><li>Handle engagement activities such as responding to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.</li><li>Track platform trends and conduct social listening to identify opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaign-related activities as required.</li><li>Monitor content performance and compile analytics to prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal review and client updates.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of social media workflows, posting formats, and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio.</li><li>Ability to handle high-frequency posting with accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and content pipelines.</li><li>Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to coordination and problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to adapt content execution based on brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
