Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and coordination across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Support in developing weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
- Handle engagement activities such as responding to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
- Track platform trends and conduct social listening to identify opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaign-related activities as required.
- Monitor content performance and compile analytics to prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal review and client updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media workflows, posting formats, and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio.
- Ability to handle high-frequency posting with accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and content pipelines.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to coordination and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt content execution based on brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
