Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and support staff.</li><li>Draft job descriptions, advertise vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection procedures.</li><li>Conduct background verification and ensure proper onboarding documentation.</li><li>Maintain updated employee records and personnel files.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Orientation<ul><li>Conduct induction programmes for new staff.</li><li>Ensure all staff receive school policies, code of conduct, safety guidelines, and role expectations.</li><li>Issue appointment letters, ID cards, biometric registration, and staff portal configuration.</li></ul>3. Attendance &amp; Leave Management<ul><li>Monitor staff attendance through ERP/biometric system.</li><li>Manage leave records, permissions, and attendance regularization.</li><li>Ensure accurate submission of monthly attendance for payroll processing.</li></ul>4. Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing, salary revisions, increment letters, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).</li><li>Address employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality of records.</li></ul>5. Policy Implementation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all HR policies, school rules, and safety guidelines are followed by staff.</li><li>Maintain compliance with CBSE/Kerala educational norms regarding staff qualification, records, service books, and staff training.</li><li>Manage disciplinary procedures when required.</li></ul>6. Employee Relations &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, or disputes.</li><li>Promote a healthy workplace environment and professional staff behaviour.</li><li>Coordinate welfare activities, staff meetings, and communication between management and employees.</li></ul>7. Training &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Organize periodic training programmes, workshops, and professional development sessions for teaching and admin staff.</li><li>Support departments with performance reviews, appraisals, and goal setting.</li><li>Maintain documentation of training hours as per CBSE norms.</li></ul>8. Documentation &amp; HR Records<ul><li>Maintain and update statutory documents, staff service books, contracts, experience letters, and memos.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of letters: confirmation, appraisal, warnings, experience certificates, etc.</li></ul>9. Safety, Security &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Coordinate with security and transport teams for ID verification and campus safety.</li><li>Ensure staff adherence to safety procedures, duty allocation, and work ethics.</li><li>Support in conducting emergency drills and safety training.</li></ul>10. Administrative Support<ul><li>Assist management in school events, inspections, audits, and accreditation work.</li><li>Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with all departments&mdash;Admin, Transport, Accounts, Academics&mdash;for smooth functioning.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
