We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined General Manager &ndash; Construction to lead and oversee our construction operations. The ideal candidate will be a retired Major or Colonel from the Armed Forces, bringing strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to manage large-scale construction projects efficiently, safely, and within budget.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all construction operations</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget</li><li>Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement, and scheduling</li><li>Enforce strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities</li><li>Review project progress reports and implement corrective actions when required</li><li>Manage risk assessment, crisis handling, and conflict resolution at project sites</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and cost control</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Retired Major or Colonel from the Army / Armed Forces (mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 15&ndash;20 years of leadership experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects</li><li>Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations</li><li>Strong command over discipline, planning, execution, and compliance</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project controls</li><li>Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines</li><li>Experience in infrastructure, roads, buildings, or defense-related projects</li><li>High integrity, accountability, and result-oriented mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>are you Retired Major or Colonel from the Army / Armed Forces?</li><li>Do you have Construction Industry Expereince?</li><li>What is your Salary Expectation?</li><li>When you will be able to Join?
