We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and hands-on construction experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce</li><li>Assign tasks and monitor labor productivity</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors</li><li>Enforce health &amp; safety regulations and ensure PPE compliance</li><li>Monitor project progress and report delays/issues</li><li>Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards</li><li>Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage</li><li>Maintain daily site reports and attendance records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant experience</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of construction/site supervision experience</li><li>Ability to read and understand construction drawings</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of construction safety practices</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with residential/commercial construction projects</li><li>Safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
