<p>We are seeking an experienced, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Della Township and manage the CMD&rsquo;s personal social media and brand communication.<br>
This individual will oversee a team of creative professionals and drive content, campaigns, and communication strategies across all digital platforms to strengthen brand identity and engagement.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

1. Social Media Strategy &amp; Execution</b><br>
<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Della Township and the CMD&rsquo;s personal brand across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all channels.</li><li>Create and manage content calendars, digital campaigns, and monthly reports.</li></ul></div>

2. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination</b><br>
<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of 8&ndash;9 creative professionals including content creators, designers, videographers, and ad managers.</li><li>Oversee all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and product teams for campaign integration.</li></ul></div>

3. Content &amp; Creative Direction</b><br>
<ul><li>Conceptualize and direct the creation of high-impact digital content &mdash; posts, reels, videos, blogs, and website material.</li><li>Stay ahead of trends to create engaging, innovative, and relevant digital storytelling.</li><li>Drive creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.</li></ul></div>

4. Brand, Product &amp; Campaign Management</b><br>
<ul><li>Lead social media communication for township milestones, launches, lifestyle offerings, and product updates.</li><li>Work with the design and product marketing teams to bring out the Della lifestyle narrative through impactful campaigns.</li><li>Manage cross-platform campaigns, from strategy to execution and performance tracking.</li></ul></div>

5. Digital Advertising &amp; Analytics</b><br>
<ul><li>Oversee paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to ensure optimum reach, engagement, and ROI.</li><li>Track key performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and present actionable insights.</li><li>Implement social listening and audience engagement strategies.</li></ul></div>

6. CMD Social Media &amp; Personal Branding</b><br>
<ul><li>Curate and manage the CMD&rsquo;s personal digital presence, highlighting leadership, innovation, CSR initiatives, and thought leadership.</li><li>Coordinate with PR and communications teams for CMD media features and content collaborations.</li></ul></div><br>

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Training Manager with a specialty in Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) Service and Housekeeping to join our team at Della Adventure &amp; Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in departmental training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.</p>

Key Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Training Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for operational departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service.</li><li>Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess staff performance through evaluations, feedback, and observations, and provide coaching and support to help team members improve their skills and knowledge.</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, update, and enforce SOPs for Departments to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.</li><li>Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and management to identify training needs, develop training schedules, and ensure alignment with the resort's goals and standards.</li><li>Guest Experience Enhancement: Continuously monitor and improve service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and address any training-related issues that may affect the guest experience.</li><li>Training Materials: Create and update training manuals, guides, and other materials to support training initiatives.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, staff progress, and training outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.</li></ul></div>

<div>Primary Purpose<br>
Assists Training Head to drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are implemented and all departments are achieving their training objectives.
<br>
Major accountabilities of the position (4-6 major accountabilities)<br>
1. Must be proficient in MS office and MIS.<br>
2. Should have positive attitude, good communication and people skills. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.<br>
3. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.<br>
4. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations, excellent grooming standards, ability to work under pressure and ability to work on their own or in teams.<br>
Duties and Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Training data updating and maintaining records of all reports.</li><li>Daily Online Review Management Report Generation.</li><li>Maintaining ORM Dashboard (targets given vs targets achieved and forwarding in the Training group.</li><li>ORM negative feedback root cause analysis with the help of Training Head.</li></ul>
Induction &amp; Orientation:<br>
<ul><li>Responsible for conducting Induction and orientation of New Joiners.</li><li>Responsible for conducting Refresher Induction session of existing employees.</li><li>Keeping records of all inductions conducted.</li></ul>
Audits:<br>
<ul><li>Daily Grooming Audit</li><li>Daily Departmental Briefing Audit</li><li>Compilation of Audit Reports.</li><li>Conducting SOP knowledge test of the employees with help of training head.</li><li>Preparing different training reports with Training Head for Operational Departments.</li></ul>
Town-hall<br>
<ul><li>Preparing Data for Townhall with the help of Training Executive and Training Head</li><li>Conducting Townhall Meeting with the Core Committee &amp; Executive Core Committee.</li><li>Coordinating with the concerned Department.</li><li>Birthday Celebration of HOD&rsquo;s</li><li>Conducting Employee Engagement Activities</li><li>Liasioning with Hospitality Colleges for Industrial Training Exposure.</li><li>Making Training Placements for the Industrial trainees according to the departmental requirement.</li></ul></div>
