Job Summary:</b><br>
We are looking for an experienced Estimation &amp; Quantity Manager with a strong background in real estate and luxury projects. The role involves handling estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and work orders, ensuring cost control and accuracy across high-end developments.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for luxury real estate projects</li><li>Handle RA bills, final bills, and certification as per contracts</li><li>Manage and process work orders, variations, and change orders</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for measurements and billing</li><li>Monitor project costs and support budgeting and cost control</li><li>Verify contractor bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for estimates, billing, and work orders</li><li>Support procurement and contracts team with quantity and cost data</li></ul></div><br>

<div><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b><br>
<ul><li>Experience in real estate and luxury residential / township projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, QS, and work order management</li><li>Familiarity with high-end finishes and luxury construction standards</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (QS-related work); ERP knowledge is a plus</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul></div>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
