The Planning Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring the planning functions for luxury township and high-rise residential projects. The role includes working closely with Project Heads, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, and Management to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.</p><div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<b>1. Project Planning &amp; Scheduling</b><br>
<ul><li>Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project) for all township and high-rise residential components.</li><li>Develop baseline programs, recovery schedules, and monthly/weekly look-ahead plans.</li><li>Track progress against the master schedule and flag potential delays with mitigation plans.</li></ul><b>
2. Coordination &amp; Interface Management</b><br>
<ul><li>Coordinate with architecture, MEP, structural consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of drawings and information.</li><li>Drive inter-departmental coordination ensuring smooth integration between design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams.</li></ul><b>
3. Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b><br>
<ul><li>Prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with schedule updates, critical path analysis, and key milestones.</li><li>Present project dashboards to senior management with factual insights and recommendations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of planning data, change orders, and schedule impacts.</li></ul><b>
4. Resource &amp; Cost Planning</b><br>
<ul><li>Work with project teams to forecast manpower, materials, and resource requirements.</li><li>Evaluate cost impacts due to design changes, delays, or variations and support management in planning decisions.</li></ul><b>
5. Risk Management</b><br>
<ul><li>Identify project risks related to timelines and dependencies.</li><li>Propose mitigation strategies and ensure proactive planning to avoid delays.</li><li>Conduct periodic risk assessments and update risk registers.</li></ul><b>
6. Quality &amp; Compliance</b><br>
<ul><li>Ensure planning practices comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support quality audits, statutory submissions, and approvals timelines.</li></ul><b>
7. Hospitality Sector Integration</b><br>
<ul><li>Coordinate planning for hospitality components within the township&mdash;clubhouses, villas, resort-style amenities, and guest management facilities.</li><li>Ensure alignment of planning deliverables with luxury hospitality standards and experience-driven design elements.</li></ul></div><br>

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing &amp; Firefighting (MEPF) operations across the resort and adventure park. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted operations, compliance with safety standards, and efficient maintenance of all utilities and engineering systems.<br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
Operations &amp; Maintenance<br>
<ul><li>Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, STP/WTP, and utility systems.</li><li>Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment.</li><li>Lead root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Provide engineering support to all operational departments for guest-impacting issues.</li></ul>
Projects &amp; Upgrades<br>
<ul><li>Manage MEP scope for new developments, renovations, and capacity expansions.</li><li>Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and project specifications for feasibility and compliance.</li><li>Supervise MEP contractors and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and safety standards.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Compliance &amp; Safety<br>

Team &amp; Vendor Management<br>
<ul><li>Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.</li><li>Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Handle vendor relationships, AMCs, service contracts, and certification of invoices.</li></ul>
Documentation &amp; Reporting<br>
<ul><li>Maintain asset registers, service logs, breakdown records, and statutory documentation.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on utility consumption, major events, and engineering KPIs.</li><li>Ensure all as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, and SOPs remain updated.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<br>

Key Responsibilities<br>
1. Project Planning &amp; Coordination<br>

2. Execution &amp; Site Management</b><br>
