Role Overview:</b><br>
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and design-savvy Senior Graphic &amp; UI Designer to join our luxury brand and real estate division. The ideal candidate will possess a refined design aesthetic, a deep understanding of luxury brand communication, and the ability to translate concepts into sophisticated visual and digital experiences.<br>
This role requires balancing creativity with strategy &mdash; developing elegant and user-centric designs that elevate the brand&rsquo;s presence across digital, print, and experiential platforms.</p><div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<b>UI/UX Design:</b><br>
<ul><li>Conceptualize and design intuitive, elegant, and responsive user interfaces for websites, digital applications, and brand microsites.</li><li>Develop wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.</li><li>Ensure designs are aesthetically refined and aligned with luxury brand standards while maintaining usability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to create seamless, premium digital journeys.</li><li>Identify and address UX challenges to enhance the customer experience and engagement.</li><li>Maintain design systems, visual language, and UI guidelines consistent with the brand's tone and identity.</li></ul></div><div><br>

Graphic Design &amp; Branding:</b><br>
<ul><li>Create high-end marketing collaterals, brochures, digital creatives, presentations, advertisements, and visual identities that reflect brand luxury and sophistication.</li><li>Design corporate branding, project logos, and campaign visuals for exclusive real estate developments and hospitality offerings.</li><li>Select refined color palettes, typography, imagery, and layouts that align with the brand's design philosophy.</li><li>Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns that resonate with a high-net-worth audience.</li><li>Present creative concepts to management, CMD, and key stakeholders with clear visual storytelling and rationale.</li><li>Ensure consistency and excellence across all digital, print, and on-ground branding materials.</li></ul></div><div><br>
<b>
Front-End Design:</b><br>
<ul><li>Collaborate with developers to transform UI/UX mockups into interactive, responsive, and high-performing websites.</li><li>Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and optimization of designs for all devices and screen sizes.</li><li>Implement refined visual elements that reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain reusable design assets and code libraries for enhanced consistency and efficiency.</li></ul></div><br>

<div><b>Required Skills and Experience:</b><br>
<ul><li>Proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and brand communication within luxury, real estate, or hospitality sectors.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and principles of responsive front-end design.</li><li>Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, brand storytelling, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes.</li></ul></div>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

5&ndash;8 years of professional experience, including 2&ndash;3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
