Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Quantity Manager with a strong background in real estate and luxury projects. The role involves handling estimation, quantity surveying, billing, and work orders, ensuring cost control and accuracy across high-end developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for luxury real estate projects
- Handle RA bills, final bills, and certification as per contracts
- Manage and process work orders, variations, and change orders
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for measurements and billing
- Monitor project costs and support budgeting and cost control
- Verify contractor bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Maintain proper documentation for estimates, billing, and work orders
- Support procurement and contracts team with quantity and cost data
Job Expectations:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in real estate and luxury residential / township projects
- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, QS, and work order management
- Familiarity with high-end finishes and luxury construction standards
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (QS-related work); ERP knowledge is a plus
- Good coordination and communication skills
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction ManagementMinimum Job Experience:
