Assistant Teacher &ndash; Early Years (Nursery)Location: Muwailih Commercial, Sharjah Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; 2,800 per month Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: 18 January 2026About UsWe are a well-established British Curriculum Nursery in Muwailih Commercial, Sharjah, following the EYFS framework and catering to children aged 2 to 4 years. Our mission is to provide a caring, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports every child&rsquo;s curiosity, confidence, and early development.We are currently seeking a Native Arabic-speaking Assistant Teacher who is fluent in English to join our dedicated Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to a positive and professional nursery environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework.</li><li>Assist in lesson planning and preparation of materials for classroom activities.</li><li>Conduct weekly Arabic lessons for all classes, focusing on basic vocabulary, songs, and cultural appreciation.</li><li>Observe and record children&rsquo;s progress and update the nursery app with regular observations and learning notes.</li><li>Promote the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children.</li><li>Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Encourage children&rsquo;s independence, curiosity, and positive behavior through play-based learning.</li><li>Ensure that all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).</li><li>Fluent in English (required, as English is the main language of instruction).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years setting (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>CACHE Level 2 or an equivalent early years qualification (preferred).</li><li>SPEA approval (an advantage).</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.</li><li>A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward working with young children.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Supportive, professional, and multicultural work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for continuous professional growth and training.</li><li>A joyful, creative atmosphere where educators are valued and appreciated.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are a Native Arabic speaker with a passion for nurturing young learners and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
