About Us

We are a well-established British Curriculum Nursery in Muwailih Commercial, Sharjah, following the EYFS framework and catering to children aged 2 to 4 years.
Our mission is to provide a caring, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s curiosity, confidence, and early development.

We are currently seeking a Native Arabic-speaking Assistant Teacher who is fluent in English to join our dedicated Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to a positive and professional nursery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Assist in lesson planning and preparation of materials for classroom activities.
• Conduct weekly Arabic lessons for all classes, focusing on basic vocabulary, songs, and cultural appreciation.
• Observe and record children’s progress and update the nursery app with regular observations and learning notes.
• Promote the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children.
• Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Encourage children’s independence, curiosity, and positive behavior through play-based learning.
• Ensure that all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (required, as English is the main language of instruction).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years setting (UAE experience preferred).
• CACHE Level 2 or an equivalent early years qualification (preferred).
• SPEA approval (an advantage).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward working with young children.
