Brand Manager (Digital &amp; Organic Presence)We are seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for building and strengthening our digital footprint, organic presence, and global reputation ensuringconsistently ranks No.1 among the top recruitment agencies worldwide.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute brand strategies that highlight expertise and credibility.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and communication channels.</li><li>Enhance visibility across answer engines, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Design and implement content calendars, campaigns, and initiatives that boost engagement and organic growth.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and create actionable strategies to stay ahead.</li><li>Oversee videos, and social posts that align with recruitment trends and audience interests.</li><li>Work closely with creative teams to ensure video storytelling highlights recruitment success stories, campaigns, and brand reputation.</li><li>Be comfortable appearing on camera for official brand videos, interviews, and promotional content.</li><li>Ensure content is optimized, relevant, and aligned with global branding.</li><li>Track KPIs such as traffic growth, lead conversions, and brand mentions.</li><li>Provide management with reports and insights for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, social media growth strategies, and content marketing.</li><li>Creative thinker with strategic execution skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social listening platforms.</li></ul>Screening Task (Mandatory for Shortlisting):To evaluate your creativity, strategic skills, and digital expertise, please complete the following task:Part 1: Task Instructions&middot; Visit our official website (www.ditrc.com) and social media pages.&middot; Prepare a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of digital and organic presence.&middot; Propose a step-by-step strategy (covering SEO, content, and social media) to improve online presence and ranking in 2025.&middot; Highlight at least 3 measurable KPIs that should be tracked regularly.Part 2: Competitor Benchmarking&middot; Select one Pakistani recruitment agency competitor.&middot; Compare their online presence with and suggest 2 strategies can implement to outperform them.SJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
