Whether you're preparing drinks, managing transactions, or engaging with guests, your positive attitude will be the driving force behind our success.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.</li><li>Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately while providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food items and adhering to food safety protocols.</li><li>Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and freshness of all offerings.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service.</li><li>Support the caf&eacute;&rsquo;s daily operations by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring the workspace is organized.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and cash handling accurately.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Experience in serving or retail math is a plus for managing sales efficiently.</li><li>Reliable team player with a positive attitude committed to creating an inviting caf&eacute; environment.
