Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be an Bachelor or MBA graduate in HR with up to 1 to 2 year of experience in recruitment or a relevant internship. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and support HR operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.</li><li>Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments.</li><li>Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation.</li><li>Support general HR functions as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate or MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.</li><li>1 -2 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internships count).</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
