Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be an Bachelor or MBA graduate in HR with up to 1 to 2 year of experience in recruitment or a relevant internship. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation.
  • Support general HR functions as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
  • 1 -2 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internships count).
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
