This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise in a fast-paced, energetic environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm</li><li>Accurately take orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems</li><li>Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety protocols</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Must have 2+ years of serving experience</li><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments</li><li>Must have wine &amp; beer experience (2+ Years)</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong culinary knowledge and food industry understanding to assist with food preparation insights when needed</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours</li><li>Skilled in guest services, upselling techniques, and building positive guest relationships</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy</li><li>Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable; experience in bussing or supporting kitchen staff is a plus</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
