Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by leveraging expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. The BDE will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with organizational goals.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and target new business opportunities within the US healthcare sector, focusing on RCM services.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.</li><li>Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze pipeline performance.</li><li>Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals while ensuring mutual value creation.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services.</li><li>Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for executive review and client meetings.</li><li>Maintain an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, billing processes, and RCM solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven track record in business development or sales within the US healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management or related services.</li><li>Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales techniques, negotiation, and project management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices.</li><li>Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational targets is preferred.
