Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the US healthcare sector, focusing on RCM services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze pipeline performance.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals while ensuring mutual value creation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for executive review and client meetings.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, billing processes, and RCM solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the US healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management or related services.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales techniques, negotiation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
