Job Description: IT Support RepresentativeDENPRO is seeking a qualified IT Support Representative to join our growing team.DENPRO is a Maryland-based IT consulting firm providing comprehensive technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding client expectations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical assistance to customers via phone</li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues</li><li>Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system</li><li>Apply logical troubleshooting methods and work independently</li><li>Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems</li><li>Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, and/or walk-ups</li><li>Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Hybrid Active Directory environment, enrollment of computers and mobile devices to Intune, and Windows operating systems</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Experience resolving end-user technical issues</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 administration</li><li>CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience</li><li>Experience with Hybrid AD environments, Microsoft SharePoint, Intune device enrollment, and Office 365 administration</li><li>CCNA certification is a strong plus, but not required</li><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated, eager-to-learn attitude</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits available after a 90-day probationary period</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts)Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Related: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Minneapolis, MN 55432: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
