The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of dental revenue cycles, and a passion for optimizing financial performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead process improvements and enhance revenue integrity across our practice.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end dental revenue cycle, including patient billing, insurance claims processing, and collections.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline billing workflows and improve cash flow.</li><li>Oversee accounts receivable aging reports, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate coding and documentation for all procedures.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead training initiatives for staff on billing systems, insurance protocols, and compliance standards.</li><li>Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements to minimize denials and audits.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing revenue cycle operations within a dental or healthcare setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, coding (such as CDT codes), and billing software systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.</li><li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Effective communication skills for liaising with insurance companies, staff, and patients.</li><li>Prior experience implementing process improvements in revenue cycle management is preferred.
