Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Cycle Manager - Dental to oversee all aspects of billing, collections, and financial operations within our dental practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of dental revenue cycles, and a passion for optimizing financial performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead process improvements and enhance revenue integrity across our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end dental revenue cycle, including patient billing, insurance claims processing, and collections.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline billing workflows and improve cash flow.
  • Oversee accounts receivable aging reports, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate coding and documentation for all procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead training initiatives for staff on billing systems, insurance protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements to minimize denials and audits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing revenue cycle operations within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, coding (such as CDT codes), and billing software systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with insurance companies, staff, and patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,697.31 - $59,850.52 per year
