If you&rsquo;re committed to excellence, open to growth, and ready to do what you love in a positive and collaborative setting, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Responsiblities:<ul><li>Diagnose and create comprehensive treatment plans</li><li>Perform a wide range of dental procedures (restorative, endo, extractions, prosthodontics, etc.)</li><li>Educate patients on oral health and preventive care</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation</li><li>Ensure high standards of care, safety, and cleanliness</li><li>Collaborate with the dental team for efficient, quality care</li><li>Manage dental emergencies and urgent care needs</li><li>Stay current with continuing education and best practices</li><li>Contribute to a positive, team-focused office environment</li><li>Support practice growth and patient satisfaction goals</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Provide full-scope general dentistry without referring out</li><li>Confident in restorative, endodontics (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio.</li><li>Deliver efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care</li><li>Open to coaching, mentorship, and contributing to team success</li><li>Align with the practice&rsquo;s philosophy of comprehensive, in-house care</li></ul>Benifits: <ul><li>Health/Vision Insurance</li><li>Aflac</li><li>Dental Discount (only pay lab fees) for immediate family</li><li>Match 401K</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $800.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
