Deon Builders is seeking an experienced and reliable Demolition &amp; Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on demolition work, site preparation, and supporting general construction activities on commercial interior renovation projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform demolition work safely and efficiently</li><li>Read and understand architectural drawings</li><li>Prepare job sites with proper dust control and safety measures</li><li>Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols</li><li>Operate hand and power tools</li><li>Perform core drilling as needed</li><li>Use demo saws (walk-behind and handheld) to cut concrete</li><li>Remove and handle concrete and debris, including heavy lifting</li><li>Operate skid steer for material handling and excavation</li><li>Assist with other construction tasks as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of demolition/construction experience</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings</li><li>Experience with core drilling and concrete cutting</li><li>Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor</li><li>Experience operating skid steer equipment</li><li>Valid OSHA certification (required)</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s license and own hand tools preferred</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience)</li><li>Steady, full-time work</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
