One or two weeks on/off.No sponsorship is available with this role.Driving licence preferable but not necessary if you can get to property of client.Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being is always maintained.This role involves working closely with clients within their own home providing high-quality customer care.Duties:<ul><li>Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and preferences.</li><li>Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.</li><li>Implement behaviour management techniques as needed to ensure a calm and safe environment.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting when required, assisting clients with physical mobility and transfers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any significant changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.</li><li>Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as necessary.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.</li><li>Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care practices is advantageous.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.</li><li>A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.</li><li>Certification in first aid is desirable; training may be provided if necessary.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li></ul>A private room will be provided for the candidate during your working week.Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!Job Type: Full-timePay: &pound;800.00-&pound;950.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Referral programme</li></ul>Work Location: In person
