<b>Job Summary:</b><br>
Dermatology Associates is looking for a motivated <b>Recruiting &amp; Onboarding Specialist</b> to join the practice&rsquo;s human resources team. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be involved in finding candidates, conducting initial screenings, supporting the hiring process, coordinating employee onboarding, and promoting our practice mission &amp; culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare, great communication skills, and a passion for ensuring that our practice is staffed with top talent to provide exceptional patient care.<br>

<b>Qualifications:</b>
</div><ul><li><b>Education</b>: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or background in healthcare (preferred but not required).</li>
<li><b>Experience</b>: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within a healthcare environment (preferred but not required). Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms is a plus.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul>
<li>Familiarity with healthcare recruitment, including licensure and credentialing requirements.</li>
<li>Experience in recruiting for healthcare or medical practices (nurses, medical assistants, billing &amp; insurance employees, and clinical support staff).</li>

</div><div>Compensation: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
