As a Receptionist you will greet customers and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and customer service skills.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Schedule appointments and maintain team calendars.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and transcribe information as needed.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Serve as a personal assistant to the accounting team, handling administrative tasks as assigned.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in an office or administrative role</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred</li><li>Experience with HVAC, Plumbing or construction receptionist duties is a plus.</li><li>Strong desire to grow, learn new skills and move up in the company.</li></ul>If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
