Position SummaryThe Executive Store is responsible for effective management of construction materials, including receipt, storage, issue, stock control, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted site operations and cost control.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Material Receipt &amp; Verification<ul><li>Receive construction materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.</li><li>Physically verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials.</li><li>Coordinate with Purchase Department for shortages, damages, or mismatches.</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Stock Control<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based).</li><li>Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.</li></ul>3. Material Issue &amp; Tracking<ul><li>Issue materials to site as per approved requisitions.</li><li>Maintain proper material issue records and update consumption details.</li><li>Track daily inward and outward movement of materials.</li></ul>4. Storage &amp; Housekeeping<ul><li>Ensure systematic stacking and safe storage of materials as per standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and labeling inside the store.</li><li>Prevent theft, pilferage, damage, and material deterioration.</li></ul>5. Coordination with Site &amp; Vendors<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily material requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and vendors for delivery schedules.</li><li>Support purchase team with material requirement forecasting.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain store registers, inward and outward registers, and bin cards.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and submit to management.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.</li></ul>7. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety rules during material handling and storage.</li><li>Ensure use of proper PPE inside store premises.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company store procedures and site safety norms.</li></ul>8. Computer &amp; ERP Usage<ul><li>Maintain records using MS Excel, ERP/Store software, and email communication.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports for stock, consumption, and pending materials.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
