Purchase Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a strategic Purchase Manager to lead procurement for our [Project Type - e.g., Luxury Residential] developments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing of construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, MEP, etc.) and services. In 2025, your goal is to balance traditional cost-saving targets with modern imperatives: supply chain agility, environmental compliance, and the adoption of AI for demand forecasting. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement plans for high-value construction materials (Steel, Cement, RMC, Finishing items).
• Vendor Ecosystem Management: Build a resilient network of "Tier-1" and "Tier-2" suppliers. Evaluate vendors based on 2025 performance metrics, including reliability, quality, and Scope 3 sustainability standards.
• Tendering & Negotiation: Lead the RFP/RFQ process, evaluate bids, and negotiate complex contracts with manufacturers and contractors to ensure favorable terms and long-term price locks.
• Supply Chain Resilience: Implement "just-in-case" inventory strategies where necessary to mitigate global supply disruptions and rising material inflation.
• Digital Transformation: Utilize AI-powered intake and orchestration tools to automate purchase orders (POs), track deliveries in real-time, and manage "spend analytics."
• Site Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to align material delivery with construction schedules, ensuring zero project downtime.
• Compliance & ESG: Ensure all procured materials meet local RERA regulations and corporate sustainability mandates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
