Full-Time Position MondayJoin one of the top 500 Remodeling design/build firms in the United States, specializing in kitchens and baths. Based in Bedford, MA, we're seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects from concept through completion &mdash; from client meetings and design development to material selection, estimating, and project coordination.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead client design and sales meetings to review layouts, scopes, and budgets</li><li>Develop kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design / CAD software</li><li>Guide clients through material selection (cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware)</li><li>Prepare accurate project estimates covering materials and labor</li><li>Manage quoting, purchasing, and ordering of all remodeling materials</li><li>Produce installation packets with drawings, specs, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, trades, and clients through the full project lifecycle</li><li>Maintain and organize showroom displays, samples, and materials</li></ul>Required qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in residential interior design or kitchen &amp; bath design</li><li>Proficiency with 2020 Design, CAD, or similar design software</li><li>Strong Photoshop skills for client-facing drawings and presentations</li><li>Experience managing full project cycles with clients</li><li>Proven estimating skills (materials and labor)</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline</li><li>Sales or consultative client-service experience</li><li>Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes</li><li>Familiarity with cabinetry lines, countertop fabrication, and trade vendor relationships</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health and Dental Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Retirement Plan and Employer Match</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Residential Design/Remodeling: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bedford, MA 01730 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
