Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:<ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.</li></ul>Administrative Assistance:<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.</li><li>Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing office calendars.</li><li>Handle basic data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.</li></ul>Office Coordination:<ul><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.</li><li>Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.</li><li>Support event coordination, employee onboarding, and other administrative activities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
