Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing office calendars.
  • Handle basic data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.

Office Coordination:

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Support event coordination, employee onboarding, and other administrative activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
