You will be the financial architect of our projects, ensuring that our creative visions are supported by robust cost controls, accurate reporting, and strategic cash flow management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the landscape changes as fast as the skyline, we want to hear from you.Your Mission<ul><li>Project Cost Control: Monitor and analyze project expenditures including labor, materials, and sub-contractor fees against the original budget.</li><li>WIP &amp; Revenue Recognition: Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and ensure revenue is recognized accurately in accordance with IFRS 15.</li><li>Progress Billing: Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to prepare and submit accurate progress billings and payment certificates.</li><li>Sub-contractor Management: Review and process sub-contractor invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms and verified site progress.</li><li>Tax &amp; Compliance: Ensure all project accounting is compliant with Qatar&rsquo;s General Tax Authority (GTA) regulations, including VAT and withholding tax.</li><li>Budget Variance Analysis: Provide monthly &quot;Actual vs. Budget&quot; reports to leadership, identifying risks and opportunities for cost savings.</li><li>Asset Management: Track project-specific equipment and materials, ensuring proper allocation across multiple sites.</li></ul>The Profile We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the Construction or Architecture industry in Qatar.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Technical Savvy: High proficiency in construction-specific ERP systems (e.g., Candy, CCS, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.</li><li>Local Expertise: Solid understanding of the Qatari Construction Law, FIDIC contracts, and local banking procedures (WPS).</li><li>Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills&mdash;you can speak &quot;finance&quot; to the board and &quot;site reality&quot; to the engineers.</li><li>Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate the complexities of multi-site project accounting.</li></ul>Why Design by Neuron?<ul><li>Creative Environment: Work for a firm that values innovation and high-end design.</li><li>Competitive Tax-Free Salary: A package that rewards your industry-specific expertise.</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Including premium health insurance, annual flight tickets, and a mobile allowance.</li><li>Strategic Impact: Your insights will directly influence the profitability and success of landmark projects in Ar Rayyan.</li></ul>How to ApplyAre you ready to build something remarkable?Apply now via Indeed by submitting your CV.
