In addition to our cosmetic services, we offer comprehensive general dentistry focused on quality, comfort, and aesthetics blending wellness, beauty, and innovation to deliver exceptional results.As we continue to grow our brand and digital presence, we&rsquo;re looking for a local, highly organized, and creative Social Media Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on all things social and digital.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate and direct content creation: patient testimonials, before-and-afters, behind-the-scenes, procedures, team features, etc.</li><li>Manage photo/video shoots in the office regularly</li><li>Work with our dental team to promote new services, specials, or campaigns</li><li>Respond to messages, comments, and DMs to maintain engagement</li><li>Track analytics and create monthly performance reports</li><li>Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices</li><li>Maintain brand consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging</li><li>Organize campaigns and ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>A local candidate in Miami who can be on-site regularly for content creation and team collaboration</li><li>Strong project management and social media strategy skills</li><li>An eye for aesthetics, design, and visual storytelling</li><li>Confidence working independently but collaboratively with a team</li><li>Someone who&rsquo;s passionate about luxury branding, beauty, and wellness</li><li>Experience working in or with dental, medical, aesthetic, or luxury service industries is a plus</li><li>Creativity, professionalism, and reliability are key</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
