What We’re Looking For
- General Dentist licensed in Florida
- Experience in or strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, especially veneers
- Committed to high-quality, ethical, and detail-oriented patient care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Eagerness to learn and follow our proven aesthetic protocols
Preferred Skills & Traits
- Artistic eye for smile design
- Familiarity with digital x-rays, scanners, and cosmetic tools
- Excellent bedside manner with the ability to educate and build trust with patients
- Willingness to be trained on or improve Resin Veneer techniques
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and focus for extended procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cosmetic dental procedures, including porcelain and resin veneers
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and long-term care
- Address general dental needs as part of comprehensive smile design
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and case documentation
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver seamless, patient-focused care
- Follow established practice protocols and standards for aesthetic dentistry
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, precision, and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training to align with our unique systems and workflows
What to Expect
- There is no bouncing around to do hygiene exams for other patients.
- But the dentist is fully responsible for the oral health evaluation, including hygiene and prevention, for their own patients — especially before cosmetic work.
- Dentists address general needs when necessary (e.g., decay prior to cosmetics)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
