<ul><li>Fully responsible for both production and delivering high quality finished product.</li><li>Plan, maintain all service and maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment and ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition.</li><li>Work with estimation department in assessing material and manhour labor production forecasts to provide accurate manufacturing costs.</li><li>Monitor the usage and inventory and of all materials.</li><li>Skilled in carpentry / joinery works, fabrication, installation of doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes / shelves, counters, wall panels and all types of furniture.</li><li>Familiar with the use of hard/soft wood, laminated wood, veneer, repair works, decorative works.</li><li>Supervise and manage all factory employees in efficient and safe working practices and procedures and be fully aware of all health and safety regulations and work policies.</li></ul>Qualifications-<ul><li>Degree / Diploma in a suitable field</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry or joinery in Interiors / Fit out</li><li>Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and materials</li><li>Good negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Production Supervisor - Carpentry

Joinery Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Lead the MEP team ...</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and main contractors.</li><li>Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower schedules.</li><li>Supervise MEP supervisors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor subcontractor progress and performance.</li><li>Oversee procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and tools.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines.</li><li>Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and issues.</li><li>Supervise testing and commissioning activities.</li><li>Ensure all MEP systems are fully operational before handover.</li><li>Prepare final documentation and reports for client approval.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field</li><li>Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in MEP project management</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software</li><li>Familiar with local building codes and regulations</li><li>Airport experience is added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
