Mechanical Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of mechanical technicians and workers.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems are maintained in optimal operating condition.
• Review work orders and allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers as required.
• Assist in preparing maintenance schedules, budgets, and material requisitions.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in all work areas.
• Report equipment breakdowns, incidents, and maintenance activities to management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
