Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate daily jobs in the mechanical section.
- Assist technicians in diagnosis of complicated mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assign job card, punch technicians in and out appropriately, ensure proper documentation, and monitor workflow to ensure promise times are met.
- Ensure proper parts requests are sent to the parts department after diagnosis.
- To inform service advisers about the repair status, when parts quotations are received , and recommendations from the technicians. To speak to client in the event the adviser needs assistance in technically explaining to the clients.
- Monitor tool and equipment usage and ensure workshop cleanliness and safety and report to the team leader if any concerns.
- To monitor performance of technicians and report to the team leader.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
- Assist in cost control and operational efficiency along with the team leader.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Abu Dhabi.
- Proven knowledge in shop management and mechanical diagnosis.
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of vehicles.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Mechanic/Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- 2 Year experienced Drivers License (Preferred)
