Maintenance Supervisor - CNC

  • Supervise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines and surface treatment equipment.
  • Guide technicians in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control faults.
  • Review and confirm troubleshooting of CNC issues like servo alarms, spindle faults, axis errors, and control alarms.
  • Ensure machines meet accuracy, tolerance, and process standards through calibration and testing.
  • Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
  • Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and TPM practices in all maintenance work.
  • Track recurring failures and coordinate with engineering for permanent solutions.
  • Approve maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and inspection records.
  • Lead improvement projects such as root cause analysis, Kaizen, and OEE enhancement.
  • Implement Autonomous Maintenance and train operators in basic equipment care.
  • Manage tools, spare parts, lubricants, and consumables efficiently.
  • Analyze performance data, downtime trends, and spare usage for better planning.
  • Maintain inventory of critical spares and approve replenishment requests.
  • Present maintenance KPIs and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, LOTO procedures, and safe practices.
  • Maintain 5S and TPM standards in workshops and machine areas.
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and restore operations on time.
  • Ensure maintenance quality does not affect production processes.
  • Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and expansion projects.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, planning, and procurement teams.
  • Supervise contractors and service engineers during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain CNC backups, parameters, PLC backups, and software version control.
  • Monitor utility systems like coolant, compressed air, hydraulics, chillers, and exhaust.
  • Train and evaluate maintenance technicians using skill matrices.
  • Use CMMS/SAP systems for work orders, spare tracking, and scheduling.
  • Review cycle losses, alarms, and interruptions; implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and calibration standards.
  • Lead emergency maintenance during critical failures.
  • Drive energy‑saving and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in CAPEX planning and evaluation of new CNC machines.
  • Ensure housekeeping, environmental compliance, and safe waste disposal.

Pay: AED8,500.00 per month
