Automotive Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. They supervise mechanics and technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor repair costs, maintain service records, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards. They also coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and external service providers to minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor vehicle performance and ensure roadworthiness.
• Coordinate with workshops and suppliers for repairs and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Monitor maintenance costs and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and emergencies.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
