Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist lawyers and legal team members in preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.</li><li>Draft basic legal correspondence, memos, and standard agreements under supervision.</li><li>Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic legal files and records.</li><li>Track deadlines for contracts, renewals, filings, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Support the preparation and processing of contracts, agreements, and legal forms.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for document collection and follow-ups.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports, case summaries, and documentation for management review.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and company information.</li><li>Follow up on signatures, approvals, and document circulation.</li><li>Conduct basic legal research when required.</li><li>Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence handling.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role is an advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
