Job SummaryThe PRO Assistant supports the Public Relations Officer in handling government-related documentation, visa processing, labor and immigration requirements, and other administrative tasks. The role ensures that company employees&rsquo; legal documents are processed efficiently and comply with government regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the PRO in processing employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.</li><li>Coordinate with government departments such as Immigration, Labour, Emirates ID, and other authorities.</li><li>Prepare and submit documents required for visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID, and medical tests.</li><li>Maintain and update records of employees&rsquo; passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and labor documents.</li><li>Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.</li><li>Collect and deliver documents to and from government offices and typing centers when required.</li><li>Assist employees with government procedures and documentation requirements.</li><li>Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted within required timelines.</li><li>Maintain organized files and databases for all government-related transactions.</li><li>Support the PRO with other administrative and coordination tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>Previous experience in administration, HR support, or government relations is an advantage.</li><li>Basic knowledge of UAE visa and labor procedures preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
