Job Summary: The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and applications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, and supporting end-users to maximize productivity and system efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems (servers, workstations, printers, routers, etc.).</li><li>Monitor system performance, ensure security, and perform regular backup and disaster recovery procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, both remotely and on-site.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with company policies.</li><li>Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and inventory.</li><li>Implement and enforce IT security policies, including anti-virus, firewall, and data protection measures.</li><li>Assist in evaluating new technologies, software, and hardware to improve operations.</li><li>Provide technical support for software applications, email systems, and network connectivity.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT standards, licensing, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer networks, servers, and virtualization.</li><li>Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and common business software.</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,500.00 per month
