Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers and legal team members in preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
- Draft basic legal correspondence, memos, and standard agreements under supervision.
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic legal files and records.
- Track deadlines for contracts, renewals, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation and processing of contracts, agreements, and legal forms.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for document collection and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, case summaries, and documentation for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and company information.
- Follow up on signatures, approvals, and document circulation.
- Conduct basic legal research when required.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
