Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers and legal team members in preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
  • Draft basic legal correspondence, memos, and standard agreements under supervision.
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic legal files and records.
  • Track deadlines for contracts, renewals, filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the preparation and processing of contracts, agreements, and legal forms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for document collection and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, case summaries, and documentation for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and company information.
  • Follow up on signatures, approvals, and document circulation.
  • Conduct basic legal research when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
