Legal Assistant – Natro Legal Associates
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Natro Legal Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support to our consultants and lawyers while ensuring efficient office operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Maintain and update client files, records, and databases Conduct legal research and gather relevant information when required Coordinate meetings, appointments, and case schedules Communicate with clients regarding documentation and administrative matters Assist with document filing, submissions, and compliance procedures Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or professional services environment is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferably Arabic Speaker
