Job Summary
We are seeking a Female Legal Secretary with an LLB degree and proven drafting experience along with 2 years of legal experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in legal drafting, document preparation, and office administration, with strong attention to detail and knowledge of legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and format legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Assist lawyers in preparing case files and legal submissions.
- Maintain and organize legal records, documents, and filing systems.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track court/legal deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and government authorities when required.
- Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all legal materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB is mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal secretary or legal assistant role.
- Strong experience in legal drafting is required.
- Good understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
