Legal Secretary (LLB – Drafting Experience Required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Female Legal Secretary with an LLB degree and proven drafting experience along with 2 years of legal experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in legal drafting, document preparation, and office administration, with strong attention to detail and knowledge of legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and format legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing case files and legal submissions.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track court/legal deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and government authorities when required.
  • Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all legal materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB is mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal secretary or legal assistant role.
  • Strong experience in legal drafting is required.
  • Good understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
