Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Legal Receptionist to join our law firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communications, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Maintain client records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Coordinate with lawyers and staff regarding appointments and client inquiries.
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment within the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a legal environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document management systems.
