Legal Receptionist

Job Title: Legal Receptionist

Location: UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Legal Receptionist to join our law firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communications, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
  • Maintain client records and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and staff regarding appointments and client inquiries.
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a legal environment.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document management systems.
