I need a junior architect or interior designer or civil engineer who should know the architectural software to be a part of our Vellore branchDesign Development:<ul><li>Assist in the creation of conceptual designs and presentation materials.</li><li>Support the development of schematic designs and detailed architectural plans.</li><li>Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions.</li></ul>Construction Documentation:<ul><li>Prepare and modify architectural drawings using CAD and BIM software.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.</li><li>Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of design changes and updates with project teams.</li><li>Participate in site visits and assist in the documentation of project progress.</li></ul>Research and Analysis:<ul><li>Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.</li><li>Assist in the evaluation of design solutions and their environmental impact.</li></ul>Client Interaction:<ul><li>Support the preparation of client presentations and proposals.</li><li>Assist in responding to client inquiries and incorporating their feedback into design iterations.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li><li>Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering</li><li>Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>0-2 years of professional experience in architectural design (internships or co-op experience included).</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion and other relevant design software.</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Basic understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>Certifications:<ul><li>LEED accreditation or interest in sustainable design is a plus.</li><li>Progress towards Architectural Registration Examination (ARE) is advantageous.</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>
