In business over fifty years, we pride ourselves on our products, our people and our contributions to the medical industry.We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to every interaction. Collections experience is preferred but not required as we're willing to train the right candidate.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and work with customers to resolve past-due account balances</li><li>Review and manage customer accounts using the company's database and internal systems</li><li>Develop tailored payment plans and solutions based on account history and customer circumstances</li><li>Maintain accurate records and Excel tracking spreadsheets; generating reports as required</li></ul>&middot; Document daily collections activity&middot; Research account disputes and billing discrepancies<ul><li>Collaborate with team members and adapt to shifting workflow priorities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent</li><li>Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a call center environment preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Mathematical aptitude and ability to analyze basic financial data</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to learn new software systems</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable</li><li>Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Punctual, self-motivated, and a team player</li></ul>BenefitsExcellent compensation package includes salary, medical/dental insurance, 401K plan, FSA plan, paid holidays, paid sick days, paid vacation and more!
